I opened my agency in December 2024 after spending over five years with State Farm, and I’m proud of the well-rounded, service-focused team we’re building. Currently, we’re a team of three full-time and one part-time team members, and we’re growing. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance, I’ve designed this agency to go beyond traditional property and casualty insurance—we actively help our customers with financial planning, including life insurance, 529 plans, retirement options, and more.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Junjie Yang - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
