I opened my agency in December 2024 after spending over five years with State Farm, and I’m proud of the well-rounded, service-focused team we’re building. Currently, we’re a team of three full-time and one part-time team members, and we’re growing. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance, I’ve designed this agency to go beyond traditional property and casualty insurance—we actively help our customers with financial planning, including life insurance, 529 plans, retirement options, and more.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Junjie Yang - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin preferred.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
